Study Room support

I have no group code

Study Room subjects are shared through private groups. A teacher, parent or friend gives you a code; enter it under Subjects → Join a group.

A subject is missing or out of date

Open Subjects and tap “Check for new subjects”. If the group no longer holds the subject, it is removed from your phone.

Leave and delete

Subjects → Leave my groups removes your place in every group on our server and the subjects they gave you from your phone. Deleting the app removes everything stored on your phone.

The tutor says it is closed

The tutor works for people who joined a group. Join with a code, then ask again.

Ask the person who gave you your group code.
